Jenni Douglas

Hi, I'm Jenni and I am course leader and instructor for this course. I have over 17 years working in academia creating and delivering courses from certificate to masters level and I also am a director of studies in doctoral level research. I am widely published in key sport and equine based journals and I specialise n the application of fitness training to horse riders. My key aims are to empower equestrians to improve their riding performance using education, fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching.
